How much does it cost to attend the conference?
The base price is $39 per man when you register in advance with a group of ten or more from your church. Groups of less than ten are $48 per man. Regular registrations and walk-ups are $55. Full-time students between the ages of 13 and 22 pay only $29 in any scenario.
What should I expect?
Expect to be challenged! The praise band will challenge you to worship God the Creator. The plenary speakers will challenge you to walk closer to Christ. The seminars will challenge you to apply specific practical tools to your personal spiritual needs. The ministry partners will provide resources that challenge you to experience the impact of the conference long after the last amen is spoken. The presence of many Christian brothers will challenge you to live out your faith courageously because you are not alone in this battle.
What should I bring?
Bring your Bible and something to take notes on. If you don’t pre-purchase a lunch ($8 additional), you’ll need to bring your lunch. You may want to bring a few extra dollars to purchase concessions (coffee, pasties etc.) that will be available during breaks. Bring a hungry heart and bring some friends
Is lunch included in the conference price?
No, lunch is not included in the conference price. If you pre-register, you can purchase lunch for an additional $8.
Why isn’t lunch included in the conference price?
First, we want to keep the price of the conference itself as affordable as possible. Second, we want to give you options. If you don't want to purchase lunch with your ticket, you can bring your own. Many churches also 'tailgate' together, bringing coolers filled with sandwich fixin's and other goodies.
If I purchase the $8 lunch, what will I get?
We’re not exactly sure what the menu will be just yet. However, generally you should expect a box lunch with a sandwich, chips, fruit, cookie, and beverage.
Is this an ‘evangelical’ conference?
This is not specifically an ‘evangelism’ or ‘evangelical’ conference. It is best described as an ‘equipping’ conference. Typically, there isn’t an alter call. However, it is a great place to invite non-Christian buddies. They will be exposed to Biblical instruction about how to live a life of faith in our time. Churches are encouraged to use this as an outreach opportunity. Invite all those guys who are on the ‘fringe’ of your church community. They’ll be amazed at the quality, energy and impact of the event. You should then follow up with them regarding their personal commitments to walk with Christ.
Should I bring my son?
Absolutely! Men are encouraged to bring their sons who are at least 13 years old. This is a great father-son event. There will be at least one seminar at each conference which specifically targets what we call Emerging Men (Ages 13 -19).
Can I bring my wife or daughter?
No. There will be women at the conference who are volunteering and/or helping in various capacities. But we respectfully request that attendees and participants be men only. This is a men’s conference for men. There are plenty of women’s conferences out there that you could and should encourage your wife to attend.
Could I attend only a portion of the conference?
Yes, but we encourage you to set aside the entire day. It will be powerful and impactful from beginning to end. There are no half price tickets or discounts for attending only part of the conference.
