Noble University We believe that Men's Fraternity is currently the best product on the market to meet men where they are and give them practical strategies to become better husbands and fathers. Put simply, it is a discipleship program for men that is not a traditional Bible study; better described as a study of manhood for men that uses the Bible as it’s primary resource. In the summer of 2005 Mike and two other men reviewed The Quest for Authentic Manhood. Starting in the fall of 2005 Mike led four groups of men through The Quest For Authentic Manhood. In the fall of 2006 Noble Warriors partnered with 15 groups of men across Richmond. All groups used The Quest for Authentic Manhood. In the fall of 2007, Noble Warriors will partner with 30-40 groups across Richmond and beyond to tackle Winning At Work and Home. All using the same curriculum and the same schedule. The summer is critical in the process of preparing to launch groups in September. Group leaders should review the entire curriculum over the summer so they will be prepared to lead other men in the Fall. They will help you understand our approach to ‘coaching leaders’ who are changing men, marriages and families.
